SIDESADDLES

Q: Do I need a Six Shot or a Four Shot SideSaddle for my shotgun?

A: If your shotgun is equipped with a TacStar, Pachmayr, or a short defense type forend, the Six Shot SideSaddle will work. If you have a field grade forend that extends over the sides of the receiver, you will need a Four Shot SideSaddle to prevent interference with the forend.

Q: Is the Six Shot SideSaddle available in Camo?

A: No, these are available only in black.

Q: Are SideSaddles available in both 12 or 20 ga.?

A: Yes, both 12 and 20 ga. models are available. Sorry, no 16, 28 or 410 models are available at this time.

TACSLING

Q: What is the length & width?

A: The width is 1", the length is 5 ½’ total, this is adjustable.

Q: Will this attach to my gun with existing equipment or do I have to get TacStar hardware?

A: Your gun needs to be equipped with sling swivels to attach the TacSling. Swivels are not included with the sling. For best results, the swivels should not be more than approximately 24" apart.

PISTOL GRIP SHOTGUN CASE

Q: What are the dimensions of this?

A: 32 ½" long and 9" wide.

Q: What is this made of?

A: This is made from heavy Cordura® with thick foam padding and a quality lining.

TACTICAL SHOTGUN GRIPS

Q: How do I attach the TacSling to this?

A: These have a built in loop to install the sling on the rear grip. For the front we recommend the Barrel/Magazine Clamp and Quick Detachable Swivel.

Q: Are these difficult to install and are there special tools required?

A: All necessary mounting hardware is provided for the rear pistol grips. Only a hex key is needed to install the rear grips.

Note: when installing the front grips, keep in mind they will be tight fitting over the magazine tube. This insures stability.

Q: What is the adapter for on the Mossberg Forend Grip model?

A: Mossberg has made shotguns with two different forend lengths. The adapter allows the forend to fit on either one.

SLIP-ON TACSTAR GRIPS

Q: How do I install these on my TacStar grips?

A: They are simply stretched on over the grips. A drop of liquid soap will be a big help in allowing them to slide on. Be careful not to use too much.

MAGAZINE EXTENSIONS

Q: The 7 round extension does not add 7 rounds to my capacity, it appears that the spring is in the way?

A: The extension will add to the already existing capacity of the shotgun, increasing it to a total of 7 rounds. Keep in mind, capacities include one round in the chamber. The 8 shot and 10 shot extensions will increase the total capacity to 8 or 10 rounds.

Q: Is there a maximum barrel length recommended for these?

A: Yes, recommended maximum barrel lengths are as follows:
7 shot extension – 18" barrel
8 shot extension – 20" barrel
10 shot extension – 26" barrel

BARREL/MAGAZINE CLAMP

Q: What is the thread size of the clamp?

A: This has a 10-32 thread. The head is machined to accept a QD Swivel.

QUICK DETACHABLE SWIVEL

Q: How do I attach this to the gun?

A: This attaches to the Barrel Magazine Clamp which positions between the barrel and magazine tube.

Q: Can I attach this if I don’t have a Barrel Magazine Clamp on my shotgun?

A: Only if a sling swivel stud is available on the gun.

UNIVERSAL BARREL SHROUD

Q: What will this do for my shotgun, why do I need this?

A: It acts as a heat shield to protect your hand from a hot barrel.

Q: What is the length of the shroud?

A: This is 13 ¾" long.

Q: How difficult is it to install?

A: This is held on by two 6-32 x 1" bolts which clamp it to the barrel in front and a self-locking clip in the rear.

WEAPONS LIGHT SYSTEM 2000

Q: I understand this is a pressure sensitive switch, is there any way I can make the light stay on all the time?

A: No, due to the strength of the light emitted and its design, we do not recommend keeping the light on consistently. This was developed for the primary use of law enforcement and home defense where extended light could give away your position.

Q: What is the average life expectancy on the batteries?

A: These are expected to last approximately one hour continuous operation.

Q: What is the thread size of the clamp mount?

A: The thread is a 6 – 32.

Q: Are red lenses available for this model?

A: Sorry, we do not currently have a red lens conversion for this.

Q: How much weight will this add to my shotgun?

A: This weighs 5.7 oz. with the batteries.

Q: How much light will the bulb emit?

A: This emits up to 6000 candle power.

SIDESADDLE LIGHT MOUNT

Q: Can I use this on my 20ga SideSaddle?

A: No, this is currently only available for the 12 ga.

Q: Can I use this on either 4 Shot or 6 Shot SideSaddles?

A: Yes, however it will take the place of one of the rounds.

SIDE CLIP LIGHT MOUNT

Q: Will this fit my .45 Auto?

A: No, this will only fit the 9mm and 40 S&W models.

Q: What is this made of?

A: The Side Clip Light Mount is made of high-impact glass-filled polymer.

PRESSURE SWITCH END CAP

Q: What does it fit?

A: It fits a Mini-Maglite® or Streamlight Jr. AA flashlights.

Q: Will this fit my WLS 2000 as a replacement?

A: No, however we do have a replacement pressure switch for the WLS available, order part number 1082006.

UNIVERSAL BARREL MOUNTS

Q: How do I determine which model I need?

A: You need to know the diameter of both your barrel and the flashlight you want to mount. The proper barrel mount can then be selected.

Q: How do I mount this on my barrel?

A: This clamps to the barrel and flashlight with two 6-32 x 1" screws (supplied).

NYLON BUSHING ADAPTERS

Q: What are these generally used for?

A: The nylon bushings are used to adapt smaller diameter flashlights and lasers in barrel mounts or any 1" diameter mount ring.

Q: How do I determine the correct bushing?

A: You need to know the diameter of the barrel mount that you are using and measure the diameter of the flashlight or laser. The proper bushing can then be selected.
